Pokiok
A Stand-Alone, Drill-Ready Critical Metals System
North Atlantic’s Pokiok property comprises a strategic land position in New Brunswick, Canada, consisting of a 100% interest in 46 claims and a 90% interest in an additional 43 claims, with the option to acquire the remaining 10% for $3 million upon achieving certain milestones. Covering a total of 89 claims across 18.84 km² (1,884 hectares), all in good standing, the property is located immediately north of the past-producing Lake George Mine, which produced over 2.0 million tonnes of antimony at an average grade of 3.5% (equivalent to approximately 22 g/t gold).
Situated just 40 km west of Fredericton and 100 km from the deep-sea port complex in Saint John, Pokiok benefits from excellent access to infrastructure, including nearby power lines, rail networks, and the Trans-Canada Highway, which runs directly through the property, positioning it well for future exploration and development in a mining-friendly jurisdiction.
